The Monk Law Firm

Thomas F. Monk was born in Aiken, South Carolina in 1966. He lives in Daphne, Alabama and has his office in Mobile, Alabama.  He received his B.S. and J.D. degrees from the University of Alabama and his Master of Accounting from the University of Alabama in Birmingham.  Mr. Monk was in the U.S. Army from 1991 to 1995.

He was admitted to the Alabama State Bar in 1999. His experience includes handling criminal and civil cases. His criminal experience includes handling criminal cases in municipal, district and circuit courts. His civil experience includes handling personal injury cases in the State of Alabama. Mr. Monk has also drafted numerous contracts encompassing a wide range of services and products for different types of business entities.

 

The Alabama Rules of Professional Conduct Rule 7.2 requires the following language: “No representation is made that the quality of the legal services to be performed is greater than the quality of legal services performed by other lawyers.”
